What we do

The ClimateTrade marketplace offers a broad range of verified carbon, plastic and biodiversity credits on a traceable blockchain platform, so that everyone can contribute to the fight against climate change in an efficient and transparent manner.

How it works

To offset your carbon footprint, go to the ClimateTrade marketplace. There, you can browse projects by location, standard, type or SDG, and choose one you’re interested in. Each option displays a price per ton of carbon avoided or removed from the atmosphere. You can choose to buy all your offsets from the same project, or to spread them out between different projects: your funds will go directly to the projects you selected.

What is the carbon footprint?

The carbon footprint is the sum of all the greenhouse gases a person, company or even country releases into the atmosphere, expressed in CO2 equivalent.
